Mamelodi Sundowns Clinch Betway Premiership Title in Style

Mamelodi Sundowns have once again proven why they are the dominant force in South African football, lifting the Betway Premiership trophy in front of a sold-out Loftus Versfeld crowd.

Goals from Themba Zwane and Lucas Ribeiro sealed a comfortable victory and crowned a season of relentless consistency. The Brazilians finished a full 12 points clear of their nearest rivals.

Coach Manqoba Mngqithi praised his squad's character: 'This group fought for every ball. That's the Sundowns standard.'
